Its a toss up here. I love potaters. But I also love broc. Okay. I would have to go with taters. I love taters.
Either spinach or broccoli.
Tomato. And when you get tired of eating it, you can say, "now you are a fruit!" and continue eating it as a fruit.
Broccoli is the best tasting and one of the best for you...i also love edamame with salt!

Assuming meat and grains and herbs are still on the menu I'd go with tomatoes. I love Italian food and cook it often. Without the tomato I'd probably miss out on a lot of the dishes I like to cook.
Broccoli steamed
Potato? Sweet corn? Really? They're both starches...it would be better if you just didn't eat any vegetables at all lol because neither one has nutritional value of an actual green vegetable.I always forget about spuds! I think of them as a starch & not as a veg. Hmmm, yeah I'd pick them, next, corn or green beans.
I know tomatoes are a fruit, but I love them too!Kumara (sweet potato) ...you haven't eaten baked kumara chips you haven't lived.
a close second would be edamame...mmmmmm...Either raw green beans or carrots. I could simply live off raw green beans, but steamed and sauteed (in butter) carrots is hard to beat.
Sweetcorn/Corn on cob.
Apparently potatoes are not a vegetable - the argument about this varies from source to source on the internet. Before I even answered this question, corn came to mind. I am surprised by the number of people who said it too. A runner up veggie are carrots!
Carrots. But you can cook eggplant to taste like anything really. But I can't say I'm a huge fan of it anyways.
Broccoli
