My girlfriend does it and I do it every once in a while because it makes me feel good (sometimes I'm just lazy).

How can yoga be bad for the body?
Anyway, we had health week in high school once a long time ago. A women gave introductory yoga lessons. All the poses she showed irritated my bladder to the extent that I constantly felt like I had to pee, even though there was nothing in there.
i don't see anything that could make it bad for your body. moving your body and improving balance, strength and flexibility can only be beneficial to you. I don't do it but I have done some Pilates which is similar.
Why would it ever be bad? It's a physical exercise and gets your body moving and your mind destressed. I personally don't do it, but the effects could never be bad lol.
Its good. It really depends on what you did and your goals for when it comes to using it as a workout though. But no, I don't do it.

Hot yoga is phenomenal.
