Meals should leave you energized and not tired. There are a couple reasons for sleepiness after meals but the most common is because your meal had too many simple sugars and you ate it too fast. Ideally, our meals should have a low glycimic load which is fancy talk for less simple sugars. If you have too many too quick your body over produces insulin to digest the extra sugar coming in and burns itself out. Because you over produced insulin your body is unable to sustain normal insulin production for a brief period and you the result is sleepiness because you aren't making energy to stay awake. This is more commonly known as the "sugar crash".

I wouldn't say its unhealthy, but it does make me wonder what's going on with your insulin levels in response to carbohydrates.
Its not the nap that's unhealthy, but I suspect your energy crashing is telling you something about how you're eating and how your body is reacting to what you put in it.
No. There is a myth that its the reason people gain weight. However, it is the AMOUNT of food that people consume during the day. The myth comes from the fact that many people rend to have late night bad food binges. Not to worry.

Speaking from experience, it's not very comfortable, and it can lead to stomach aches. But this is mostly due to sleeping on one's back, not in an upright position. If you ate and then took a nap in an upright position (in a recliner?) there's no harm.
Nah, it's probably good to let the food digest a while before you start running about... My uncle who is 75 has always done this and he acts like he's maybe 30.
