Long term starvation such as this will do damage to your liver, kidneys and brain.
Not to mention you need to exhibit EXTREME control not to overeat the rest of the day as this will only contradict what you are wanting to do.
If you are having this much difficulty losing weight, don't you think that's your body's way of telling you its fine with where its at?
If you want to change the way your body looks, try distance running- I'm training for a half marathon and was pleased to see my body change the more I ran.
At least eat 1200 calories per day of healthy food. Your best bet is logging your food to make sure you are getting the right amount of nutrients. The fear is 1) release of ketones as your body uses its own fat for energy- ketones in large quantities during starvation mode are acidic and not good. Ketones occur natrually in the body, and in small amounts are fine, but the longer you starve, the more they build up and are NOT good. 2) the next fear is malnutrition, which will make you feel tired, cranky and sick.
Go to MyPlate, which is a government run website that will allow you to log your food and make sure you are getting the sufficient amount of nutrients. You should take the time to pick the right kind of foods in the right amount- the most nutrient dense for the least amount of calories. I'm going to make a guesstimate that you will be eating lots of eggs/dairy- as they count both protein, dairy, and healthy fats. Then you need veggies, fruits, and whole grains. Quinoa is a grain but also has protein, nuts have protein and fat.
Hopefully you see what I'm getting at. Choose foods that can double count, so you are eating less, eating fewer calories but getting all the nutrients that you need.

Ok, you're being stupid. If you really want to skip dinner, just say you already ate because you were really hungry. Drink lots of water so you feel full. Eat little healthy snacks. You really should just eat healhy. Get help if your crazy diet continues.
I've gone on sub 1k/day calorie diets, and I still ate three times a day. I think you're heavily confused.
No, I'm not going to do something so irresponsible as advise someone on how to do something unhealthy.
