Fresh raw meat from a healthy animal should not cause problems. BUT, you are unlikely to know where the animal came from, when slaughtered -- could be contaminated by e coli, a potentially deadly bacteria from the colon of animals and people. This is the contaminant you hear about in all the ground beef scares. Uncooked pork can have a contaminant worm called Trichinosis, which can make you very sick to your stomach. Don't eat fish raw unless packaged for sushi. Raw meat dishes at fancy restaurants can have the microbes killed by special industrial freezers -- these include steak tartare and carpaccio, which is delicious, sliced super thin, marinated in lemon juice and served with capers and seasonings on slices of baguette.
It depends on what kind of meet and as long as it had not been sitting for lengthy period. Also, may depend on immune system. Regardless, if the person is a healthy person, HCL (hydrochloric acid) stomach acid will kill anything that may get you sick. Chicken contains salmonella which is a powerful microbe...that would get someone sick.
From a biological standpoint? There is this show on PBS that I can't remember the name of but it is basically this European guy (I think he is from somewhere in the UK or Ireland) who pretty much just eats different raw meats on tv. That guy has ate tons of it and he is OK. As long as you aren't eating vast amounts of sushi you should be OK. As far as other meats go there are some bacteria associated with raw meat that can be bad and even cause death. I am not sure how the guy on TV gets around it but I have never seen him eat poultry which is the meat that has the highest cases of deadly bacteria.
Vomit for days
Not eat anything for awhile.
Hate meat and stop eating it. "Turn (veg)".
Get sick.

Depends on the meat, and how it was prepared before being frozen.
Ever had carpaccio of beef? That's frozen beef, sliced incredibly thinly, then defrosted.
You eat it cold and uncooked and it's delicious.
I suppose the worst that could happen is a touch of food poisoning and e-coli, from some dodgy meat.
I suppose the worst that could happen is you'd vomit, sneeze and have a violent bowel movement concurrently, and then you'd die and go to Hell. A bad day by anyones standards.
the only reason you cook meat is to kill suface bacteria which can grow threw the butching and transporting and storage phase the meat goes threw, if you took down a deer and ate it then and there I don't think youd get sick
The worst thing is you would die. E. coli is a common type of bacteria that can make you pretty sick.
If you thawed it out by leaving it out on thr counter and forgetting about it, you will probably get sick.
If you thawed it out properly it just might be disgusting (unless the meat was mishandled before getting frozen).-
you live, (depending on the meat)
You can experience abdominal pain and vomiting.
It's not the meat being raw that harms you, it's a matter of if there are any pathogens in it
Salmonella !
throw up.
