You have to create a caloric deficit and exercise.
60 minutes of exercise and maybe bring your caloric intake down to 1800kcal. But I don't know your current needs. You'd have to evaluate that. The average for guys is about 1800kcal if I remember right.
That said, cardio is your friend. It will be the fat burner to get things going.
