Sounds like you're going through withdrawals. You'll feel worse before better. Stick with this and they'll lesson. If you really want something sweet but no sugar, get some stevia. DO NOT use any other sugar substitute. Stevia is one that is safe. And definitely don't eat anything with Aspartame, or High Fructose Corn Syrup (soon to be called Corn Sugar).

Watch some videos on YouTube showing why sugar is bad for some more motivation. Here's one if you want to watch something long:
I stopped eating almost all sugar a couple months ago. No pop, candy, extra sugar, foods with sugar as a main ingredient. No processed, and little packaged food. There's very few "foods" that I miss. Things like candy taste so fake now. More steps: link

I gave up sugar years ago, and now can't stand the stuff, I can't eat chocolate, I can't drink soft drinks, basically anything sweet is a big no, but I don't miss it, in the summer I would rather suck on an ice cube than have a ice cream, but if you educate yourself about sugar and what it does, you won't want it either, because every time you eat sugar, it gives you an energy spike, but this if not used up, will turn to fat, and what girl wants to be fat,x
i mean obviously you cannot completely cut out sugar but I had the smallest amount possible (mainly natural sugars) and did this for months straight without anything sugary e.g. ice cream, chocolate bars, pop, cookies, brownies, cake, donuts, popsicles, etc (this was in the summer too). I have a lot of health issues and an extreme intolerance to sugar so I hardly ever have any still. I do sometimes really want something with sugar but if I do have some; say a donut, then I have a headache for three days straight (no joke) and get about 5 zits over the next couple days.
its hard, I try but always come back to it. When I'm tired it just wakes me up and its so good, these other answers make me feel weak. I did stop smoking 5 months ago I think I'm still using it to fix cravings I don't know.

Eating too much sugar gives me massive headaches. I rarely consume the stuff. I prefer honey or agave nectar. And if I'm really craving something sweet, I eat fruit.
This is my 4th week of no sugar and no bread. I use splenda (minimal) or sugar free version of everything I like. I've lost 15 pounds too!
I haven't totally cut it out of my diet, but I have cut back my sugar intake.
no. try to wait it out. I always feel worse when I have too much sugar, particularly candy. it is so good and sometimes I binge but I notice if I eat more than a tiny bit I feel disgusting.
im not stupid enough to try to stop eating sugar lol jk ;p I don't really eat a lot of sweets and stuff so I guess I have kinda cut sugar out of my diet
