The thing is that I'm 5'2 and I look about 135/140 pounds. I'm thick, my tummy does have a tiny pouch but its far from fat or sticks out. My thighs/butt is thick. Majority of my legs is muscle, there's not a lot of "loose flab" that I can tone up.
I recently was weighed and was mortified to find out that I weigh 157 pounds. I need to drop this weight. Is running/the high resistance of the bike and elliptical still okay for me to do? Everyone keeps telling me that the number is high due to mostly muscle so I'm scared that if I continue to workout that the number will just get higher. I do have places I can tone up/lose fat though. What can I do?
