everyone has different shades of teeth, that is genetic, but products can go a long way. my teeth are on the whiter side but I used white strips a few times ad I use the white strips toothpaste (all by Crest) and people tell me my teeth are "super white"
my mom used the weaker white strips and they didn't work as well on her but my teeth have been treated several times and they are naturally whiter than hers to begin with.
i recommend the strongest whitestrips and their toothpaste. did wonders for me. do it once a year.
Teeth whitening isn't healthy for the enamel. Use baking soda. I know it should really strange and trust me, it doesn't taste that much appealing either but it does work.
Mix your toothpaste with a little baking soda and brush twice a day. Floss too so you can get the junk in between.
At first, you might feel like it's not working but over time, it does.

Honestly I wouldn't use baking soda either - it's an abrasive and will also strip away at your enamel as well, you really don't want super sensitive teeth..
If your still wanting to try it use very little and not everyday, go to your dentist and ask they know your teeth best.
I was looking on hautelook.com, and they have discounted tooth whitening kits. They're $50. I know I want one!
