What are girls supposed to do for Valentine's Day?

Are we supposed to get a gift? Or just something little? (if so, what?) It seems so easy for guys to get something for girls, but the other way around is a little less obvious.

Usually, it depends on how well you know each other and how long you've been dating. As a girl, I couldn't tell you what's on a guy's Top Ten Valentines' Day list. I think most guys prefer something useful over something shiny (pretty), though.

get him a hot shirt that you'd love to see him in (at the same time, don't push his limits, some guys are averse to wearing pink :P)

This is, of course, if he's the type who takes pride in his appearance, so get an idea of his taste and get him something he would've gotten for himself :)
