What is a good energy drink?

So, I'm a first year at university and I need to find ways other than coffee to get caffeine because when I drink too much coffee, it makes me sick. I'm getting to the point of in the term where I run on caffeine, though. Tea doesn't tend to have enough to keep me going. I tried 5 Hour Energy but it is gross-tasting. So isRedBull.

What is an energy drink that doesn't taste like vomit and doesn't have a large amount of calories?

Bawls. But energy drinks really shouldn't be your go-to for more energy. That high amount of caffeine can really negatively affect your body, which is probably why you were getting sick from the coffee. What you need to do is budget your time so you get enough sleep, and try to be up and moving for a good amount of the day when you're not sitting in class or doing homework. Its amazing the amount of energy just a small amount of daily exercise will give you.

I do exercise daily and plan my time as best as I can. Unfortunately, it is not for no reason that my school has earned the title of Most Difficult University in the US for 3 years running. I am taking a heavy course load and working upwards of 14 hours a week. I just don't have time to get everything done that I need to and still get enough sleep.

But in all honesty, if you drink vitamin water and actually take a few minutes here and there to stretch out. You feel a lot better.

monsters are OK, but an unknown trick is the Vitamin B,E,C,D combo take one of each twice a day and you will get more energy than a sports drink, but it will take a day or 2 for the effect to start up.

So what do you suggest I do? I have no time to sleep. Sleep when you're dead (or after graduation)

Push through. Eat as regularly as you would in the day or your blood sugar will crash.
