How do I slow my metabolism?

I'm not trying to gain weight or anything, I just need my meatbolism to slow down a lot, I eat 5 to 6 large meals a day, this usually consists of 2 servings of pasta, pizza, fried rice, or anything with a lot of carbs, and a peanut butter & jelly sandwhich on the side. (gotta say pb&j six times a day and I still don't get tired of it). The problem I'm having is that 2 hours after eating I'm already hungry, anything past 3 hours and I feel like my stomach is eating itself. Besides napping during the day (because I feel like it wastes time) how do I slow my metabolism?
