So you haven't really described what you want to slow your metabolism for..
Do you just want hunger satisfaction? Less calorie intake (calorie deficit)? More calorie intake (calorie surplus)? Check all that apply. I need to know if your goal is to consume more calories, less or the same. Plus if you're trying to curb hunger. Because then I can tell you want foods to eat and what foods to avoid.

Eat more protein and fibre.
You're eating tons of stuff you digest fast spiking blood sugar then it crashes and you want food again.
Gaining weight doesn't slow your metabolism. The skinnier you are, the slower your metabolism because it takes less energy to make your body function.
How often do you exercise?
Try eating small frequent meals throughout the day. Imagine each big meal as a 3 course meal, and now divide that up through the whole day every couple hours.
If you are skinny, why would you want to be greatful.

You have what people call the gifted ectomorph body type... I think should should get more protein to shave off the hunger a bit.
