Yes I absolutely HAVE to eat breakfast. My usual options are
a)2 slices of toasted bread
b) cereal
If I choose a), it'll be any bread. Right now I have some organic cranberry and apple bread. It's similar to raisin bread, but better. Really tasty! Last week it was some "russian" bread (dark kind, it's organic as well. Don't know why it's called russian though) and the week before it was corn breat. I either spread my toasts with butter or with homemade strawberry jam. Sometimes it's nutella though. Maple butter can be really good too :)
If I choose b), it's usually raisin bran or some random muesli with dried fruit in it. I usually add half a handful of dried cranberries to my cereal because I really love dried fruit. I put in 2% milk or occasionally vanilla-flavoured almond milk.
For a drink, it's usually
a) coffee (made with my keurig machine) + coffee creamer (hazelnut or hazelnut flavoured)
b) pulp-free orange juice
c) smoothie (sold at grocery store)
d) chocolate milk (if I'm really starving)
So as you can see, breakfast doesn't have to be boring. I try to change things up a bit. Even with all those options, I get sick of what I'm eating sometimes. So I'll switch up the dried fruit I put in me cereal, or buy another kind of coffee creamer, or switch my coffee. As long as I'm full by the time I get to school, I'm content.
Now that it's getting warmer and I'm not doing the steel-cut oatmeal thing, I eat Nature's Path Optimum Blueberry Cinnamon Flax cereal (which is AMAZING by the way) and add in a half cup of blueberries or blackberries and some cut up strawberries, with almond milk. It has high protein and high fiber so I stay full and satisfied a long time which is awesome.
Eating breakfast is one of the core parts of keeping your nutrition on spot throughout the day.
I always eat it.
My breakfast usually consists of:
1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, some feta cheese, spinach leaves, and mushrooms.
OR if I'm short on time
Instant Quaker Oats with a scoop of protein powder added
OR if I'm REALLY short on time
Protein bar.
I need food within the first hour of waking up. If I don't have breakfast I get grouchy, miserable and lethargic really soon (even if I don't feel hungry)... might be slightly psychological, but whatever the mechanics, skipping breakfast puts me in a foul mood.
So, I always have a nice healthy bowl of museli and a glass of fruit juice :)

I always eat breakfast! It's pretty much my favorite meal. I usually eat cereal or toast on weekdays because it's quick. Sometimes I will also have an apple or a banana with it. On the weekends and days where I have a little more time for breakfast, I might make some pancakes, waffles, or eggs depending on how I feel :)
On school days or days I get up and out of the house to do something, then I always eat my breakfast, it can be anything, what I now find in the kitchen.
Though I do tend to forget to eat in weekends or days I'm just home. Or I might do it really late, like at 12 or 13 or something ahhaha :P
Yes, I eat breakfast each morning unless I accidentally oversleep and have to hurry to get ready. I usually eat cereal or something like that which doesn't need a lot of work to make. I don't like being hungry in the mornings AT ALL so I fill up before I stop eating.
Yeah everyday cause it's good for you. Eating breakfast is very important and it doesn't have to be this huge meal, it should just be something substantial to get your body started and prepared for the day ahead. I can't manage a lot in the morning myself but I try to get myself full.
I wake up early just to have breakfast. If I have enough time, I'm able to have eggs and some kind of meat, which keeps me full and energetic longer than carbs (especially cereal). If I'm in a hurry, I have whole grain toast with peanut butter on it.
99.9% of the time I will eat breakfast. What I eat usually depends on how hungry I am. If I'm barely hungry I may just drink a glass of chocolate milk to get some nutrients in my system. If I do that I usually eat a bit more not long after. Lately oatmeal has been my go to breakfast.
I honestly NEVER go w/o eating something in the morning.
For all I care it could be a spoon of peanut butter or a package of sunflower kernels at the gas station...

If I don't have breakfast I would die, oatmeal is my breakfast of choice if I have it available but my favorite breakfast is leftovers of whatever I had the night before..hmmm leftovers :)
YES I f***ing love breakfast and I have recently just started getting my lazy butt up earlier and eating a healthy, yummy meal. Breakfast is super important and it gives me more energy and makes me feel happier !

lately all I feel like making is about 3 pieces of whole wheat toast in the morning with pb and j. ties me over usually until about 12-1 o clock. I usually get up around 8:30-9 o clock. sometimes ill have oatmeal

No, I try to avoid it, I feel awful if I eat too early. Earliest I can eat without feeling like I'm about to throw up is around 11:00 am, but by then I normally wait for lunch.
always eat breakfast , even got into fight with former employer over amorning when he refused me time to eat anything , I didn't feel I could work properly without food
I have to eat something. Otherwise its going to be a long and cranky morning.
Nothing too big, cereal, a bagel, or toast is about all I usually have with coffee.
I try to because I feel pretty drained during the day without it. I usually stop at the store on the way to work and get a breakfast sandwich like a sausage, egg, and cheese and an apple juice.
i don't get to eat breakfast..i would love to, because they say it's the most important meal of the day..unfortunately, I am, most of the time in a rush to go to work.. I only drink milk or Milo..

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, I never miss breakfast. I usually make a smoothie and have a piece of toast and peanutbutter. I try to find things high in protein to eat for breakfast. So I'll put whey protein in my smoothies.
I usually don't eat until 3pm. But when my parents are at home they force me to take breakfast with them /:
I usually eat a couple eggs, a slice of bacon or ham, some slices of tomato. Occasionally some home made baked beans if we have some made.
