Shake weight...lol no. I would use the bowflex machine thing. I have never used it, but it seems like it has all the components needed for strength training and I would just go for a run outside for cardio.

No need for equipment. I'd swim until the end of times. Swimming has always been my sport. So a pool, it would be. Or paddles if a pool doesn't count.
I'd say a punch bag
A jump rope with weighted handles would be my choice. It's a great overall workout.

i think it's versatile..i can even use it as a flotation device XDSwimming, hands down. I have always loved the water. It's an awesome workout for your whole body, it's fun and it's low impact.
swimming & dancing.. equipment will be anything that plays music.
I guess I'd go with a jump rope...easy to carry with you and gives an effective workout!
