when you do cardio it focuses on your core (abdominal muscles) and that's probably why you feel like its a stomach ache. I l/d run and sometimes while I'm running and/or after I go for a run it feels like a stomach ache. keep your abs tight and firm while doing cardio and it'll minimize the aches

well sometimes I get random sharp pains along my side handles when I'm losing weight but theyre brief like 2-3 minutes
if your having serious stomach pain it can be an ulcer or something you should consult with a doctor
Simple guess: You're not eating enough food to fuel your workout.
Cutting fat from your diet is a very bad idea (reducing it some is OK, and throwing trans-fats is perfect). Cutting out sugar is much better.
