Is it possible to do in a healthy way? Also I've lost some of that 10lbs on my boobs and already kinda started getting saggy. I don't mind losing fat on my boobs, I actually appriciate it, but can I do anything to stop them from sagging? Will they get firmer again as my skin gets tighter?
I thought about writing a blog about, to give me extra motivation, but I'm not sure if that's a good idea.
