I'm about to go to a luncheon in 5 hours, what should I make?

Ok, so what should I make? My husband and I usually make fried rice but we've done that too many times. This is NOT an Asian luncheon, mostly caucasians. there will be 2 star and 4 star generals. This is a luncheon of about 30 people or a little more/less. any suggestions? I can't really cook but I need to make something soon. thanks.

it depends on people's reactions to the fried rice previous times you've made it. If people really liked it and it was gone quickly, make it again. Who knows--people might actually be looking forward to it and associating you with it. Plus, it's relatively easier to make for larger groups of people than some other foods. And it's something that everyone likes, even 4 star generals. May I ask, how were you invited to go to something with such prestigious attendees?

my husband is the communications guy for the general (he does all the computer stuff? I think) anyways, yeah they liked the fried rice but I want to make some thing different lol

taco dips are great. a layer of refried beans, black beans, corn, guacamoli, sour cream, cheese, and salsa... edit and relayer as needed.
