I'm doing weight watchers along with a lot of exercise, as I have a lot of time during the summer.
But anyways, I already noticed that I lost some of that 5lbs on my boobs and my skin got loser. They aren't as firm anymore as they used to. I'm losing a lot of lotion but so far it didn't get much better. Is there anything else I can do? Will the skin get tighter again with time?
Also How do I prevent it from getting even more saggy? Not only on my boobs, but my entire body.
I've heard you're supposed to build up muscle mas to prevent it from sagging.So I'm currently doing weight lifting exercises in the morning for like 30 min (Not heavy weights though, I use 6lbs dumbbells), then do 45 - 60min of cardio during the day and then 15 -20 min of pilates or yoga before I go to bed, will that be enough to keep my skin firm?
