1. Different exercises for specific body parts. You don't want to do the same exercises over & over. Proper technique.
2. Mostly inform you about the exercise. Why it's done, what muscles it targets & again proper form.
If you are seeing this trainer for a while & have learned the proper technique (why are you still seeing one) then some exuberant coaching and possibly a little chit chat.
3. Not usually. Sometimes they may make a call to see why you stopped going. If it was them or another reason. They do get paid by you. The more people the more money.
After a year of how many calls? Trying to get you back in the gym or personal interest?

I had a great personal trainer his name was CJ. He is such a great guy! I kept contact with him. it's been 2 years and a half. I still have his card with his signature. Talk about anything, I brought my friend once and I cracked a joke about him having sex with socks, and he actually hit me lol. I think he did have sex with socks
