How do I turn him on?

I have his attention, I catch him starring at me in class all the time, But how do I turn him on to the point he gets over his shyness and asks me out?

As opposite as this may sound, ask him to do something. It will help break the ice. I have a situation kind of like that with my friend Tucker. He was sooooo shy when I first met him but I always had a feeling that he might just like me, so I made the first move, I emailed him because I had to give him an assignment he missed (I thought that was a legit reason to get at him) then he texted me, and then from there, I always invited him to do fun stuff. I got turned down a lot at first, but now he is always coming to my room and hanging out, we go to sporting events, and we're just great friends. but you will never know unless you break the ice first! good luck!

There's no way you can do anything to make him act the way you want to.

You can just be yourself, and hope he gets over his shyness or just sees how great you are and that he'll be happier if he tried!

Perhaps you should just let him know what you think of him and what you're feeling...
