Quesadillas.
Probably because I made them with my friends. It was fun and they were supper good. Since then, I make them at home once in a while.
Pita bread, minced meat, melted cheese, cucumbers, peppers, spring onions, salsa, sour cream, and stuff like that.
Heat up a pita bread first, then the meat and the rest, then another bread. Then flip. This can be a challenge. But its fun.

for breakfast, I like two eggs over-hard, salt and pepper on a toasted sandwich.
for lunch, sour dough bread sandwich, bacon cheese, diced tomatoes and jalipenos, with some shredded cheese on top. broiled on each side for one minute to toast the bread.
I live in Florida, so a lot of time when I'm in a hurry, I poop in a muffin pan before going to work, and just let it bake in the sun 'til I get home.
