I truly believe the "eat your fruit, don't drink your fruit" idea; as in eating fruit is better than drinking fruit juice overall.

This is an interesting question because you always hear about replacing sodas with 100% juice (to prevent added sugar) as a "healthier" substitution.

But which ones?

Between these most common 100% juices in the USA:

*orange

*grape

*apple

*grapefruit

*pear

*pineapple

*pomegranate

*cherry

*cranberry

*etc

Which are the best and which are the worst 100% juices to drink nutrition-wise?
