People can't give you motivation or magic to fix you. You gotta stop lying to yourself if you want to make progress. Maybe you're bias, and think you're working harder or eating less than you are.. but you have to be smarter than that. Being angry at your diet, or your workout for not working isn't going to help. You only have yourself to be angry at, and if you let that anger fuel you, maybe you'll get somewhere. The facts are you're either eating too much, or not working out enough. You're doing something wrong. Maybe you think you're working harder than you are. Maybe you think you're eating less than you are. Either way you need to fix it and try harder everyday.
It doesn't matter how "healthy" the food is that you're eating.. if you're eating 2,500+ calories, you're gaining weight. So whereas you might think, "I can eat this cause it's a vegetable/fruit", you're wrong. When you decide whether you can eat something or not you need to question "How many calories is this? How many calories have I ate already today? How many more calories am I allowed after this?"
Limit yourself to 1,500 calories a day. Do 30 min of RUNNING a day (this time should not include rest time or walk time) and get the running done as quickly as possible with the least amount of rest/walk time as possible. And I promise you, you will see results. But if you don't count your calories properly, if you binge eat, if you walk and count it as running, or don't run at all.. then don't expect to see results and don't blame the diet or the workout regime, if you didn't follow it 100%.
And I am sorry if I'm not peppy. But I think you need the truth, in order to realize your problem and conquer it.
So, 1,500 calories a day.. count them.. measure the servings accurately.. and get your 30 min of running in. Weigh yourself tomorrow, first thing in the morning, naked. Then after 3 weeks of doing those 2 things 100% with no cheating your calories and no cheating your running, weigh yourself again, come back on here and tell me if I was wrong.

it counts calories for you. You put in your current weight height and goal weight. you can also put in what foods you eat for breakfast lunch and Dinner and snacks in between. The add the workouts you do and the minutes you spend doing them. The calories you lose with these work outs are subtracted from the calories you consume all day by this calorie calculator. Make sure that you are honest when filling it out
Actually, you may not be on the right diet for you. And too many fruits can sabotage your diet. Fruits have a lot of sugar, so nix too many of them.
How are you eating your veggies? Steam them or eat them raw, no salt, oil or cheese/sauces.
You need protein too. So throw in some chicken & fish. A glass of milk before bed is good too.
Do not skip breakfast. Yogurt & fruit or oatmeal is good. Have your biggest meal for lunch. A lighter one for supper. And drink lots of water. Nix all diet sodas. They are no good for you.
Hang in there, stick with it. Write everything you eat down so you can look at it & see where you do the best or go wrong.
Good luck.
i think its weird that you gain weight while working out constantly and eating veggies and fruits. I do agree with martyfellow, you aren't giving us the whole truth, if you are then you should see a doctor and run some tests. drink lots of water it will flush out toxins and cleanse your insides.

You need to eat more than jus fruits and veges. Eat a little meat sometimes and every so often eat a small piece of something yummy. eating burns calories and just fruits and veges doesn't provide the protein your body needs, which will make it start to break down muscle instead of fat.. and working out all the time is bad for your body. you need to pace yourself. workout a few hours instead of constantly. Go for a quick walk every day. I'm not an expert and there might be a better way, but iv lost ten lbs in the last two weeks just by taking a two hour walk every day.
You need to eat every two hours, like a fruit or a vegetable. If you eat every two hours your metabolism starts working and that's when you start losing weight. Just don't cheat on your diet. Eat healthy every two hours then in a few weeks you'll see the results. Good luck.
A lot of people think losing weight = losing fat but that's not always the case. Muscle is heavier than fat and since you are working out ou are gaining muscle which is essential to burning fat. Keep working out and maybe get a trainer to get a specially designed plan or you to target fat loss. Weight shouldn't be your guide.
Hey, you're not sticking to this diet. You're not tellin gtus about occasional bintges on pizza or the like. You know one such binge cancels a whole week of good behavior! Sorry, otherwise this COULD NOT BE HAPPENING...
Don't get dispair. Exercising make me gain weight (muscle mass). I was 110 then became 120 lb after exercising! I was shock but it is true. Don't feel bad. Just keep getting fit. Don't measure weight.
You could be gaining muscle mass by all the exercising.
you may just be increasing your strength without working on the problem areas. Try working out different areas-abs, legs, shoulders/back, etc.You have spent 22 years to gain all that weight its gona take some time to loose it, don't give up your on the right path ;)
