Depends, but if you mean a really hard kick.
Balls
No air:
In an attempt to ease the physical pain around your groin, your brain will release endorphins throughout your body, which will result in decreased oxygen levels within the brain, very often resulting in a killer headache and sometimes nausea. This is why you see some guys gasp for air or talk with a higher voice. You see everything blurry because of lack of oxygen.
Cry:
You will cry because a part of your brain called the cervical sympathetic ganglia, which controls the salivary gland of the face, will be activated through the sharp ball ache and result in your tearing up.
Cramp:
You get belly cramps. That’s why guys curl over and lay in the fetal position. It hurts like hell, definitely combined with the stomach pain dizziness and nausea.
Shock:
Become of the shock you will bow over and stay paralyzed. You can’t walk or think straight. Sometimes you see black dots. It will make the headache way worse and make you dizzy, disoriented and nauseous to the point of vomiting. The nerves of the balls are connect to the nerves in your stomach and heart. That’s why most man have stress and panic when hit.
Pain:
The pain it’s is excruciating.
If you squeeze a man’s testicles firmly enough, he’ll black out. Hit them with enough force, and you’ll sterilize him for life.
In Short:

Gasp for air
High voice
Blurry vision

The level of pain and how long it hurts for really depends on the speed and power of the kick... But remember it only takes a light impact to the balls to cause a guy pain, as they are so very sensitive.
From my own experience, I recently competed in a mixed gender kick-boxing competition where strikes were allowed anywhere on the body and guys were not allowed to wear any protection (protective cups etc) at all. I was competing against a girl and was winning comfortably on points going into the very last round, but with like seconds to go, I lost concentration and ended up stood facing the girl with my legs wide apart... So she literally ran up and kicked me in the balls as hard as she possibly could to win!
I immediately screamed out in shock, fell to the floor and was just rolling around screaming in absolute agony while the girl celebrated her win! A lot of the girls watching in the audience were laughing and cheering too! What made it worse was that my girlfriend was sat watching on the very front row and of course she was horrified!
I would not wish that pain on anyone and my balls were very bruised and swollen for at least a week! It was excruciatingly agonising! :o(
I get his question on my FB all the time, usually from guys. :))
I have almost 6 years in Karate.
Groin strikes are mostly illegal except for the advanced belts.
I've kicked guys accidentally during sparring and they crush to the floor.
Sometimes they puke, even pass out.
It is a very effective way for a tiny girls like me to bring down a guy that out weighs me by like 100 lbs.
It is waay funny.
Guys are more afraid of girls than guys when it comes to this.
I think it's a humiliation factor. :))
If a guy gets too rough with me in sparring I give him a little soft cup tap as a warning.
They get the message believe me.
It also hurt when girls are kicked. Not sure if more for girls and men tho

Kicked hard enough that it caused one of them to swell to the point of hospitalization. 6th grade, I was straddling one of the isle's between desks in class. Someone *still no clue* decided to run a punt kick to my balls from behind. Dropped me, but something really didn't feel right, but took until the next day to really know what had happened. The heat was there over night, took a shower and it was very very tender on the right side. Yeah they can be for a bit after, but not this long after. Woke up next morning to it being 4x bigger than the other. Went to the local clinic, they shipped me to the hospital. Dr. wanted to draw fluid to see what was going on but couldn't wait for the stuff in the IV to knock me out. Had my mom on my right arm and 3 nurses on my other limbs hold me down and drew some fluids from the right testicle. *Still never got told what it was* (Still have the puncture mark to this date) No sooner did they let me go, I was out of that bed, and as soon as my fist touched the Drs. face I passed out. Dr. still avoids the fuck out of me when he sees me around.
To this date it is probably 2 to almost 3 times the size of the other, can have its moments where it is really sensitive.
One of the few times I have notice that it doesn't hurt when having physical contact, is when having sex. Surprisingly the slapping of balls on ass or hips doesn't seem to cause any discomfort. Maybe its the act in which is being taken, I don't know never really tested it.
I can tell you where, why, and describe it.
I actually learned in anatomy, well if you don't know this, everyone in the womb starts as a girl.
While future guys have yet to grow a penis the body develops to accommodate a female. The nerve endings for the testicles grow where their ovaries once were. So when we develop into boys, our ovaries drop, and our vaginas stitch up to create the scrotum to house our testicles. And the clitoris grows into a penis. I thought all that was interesting, maybe you didn't.
Anyways, so when we are kicked, it's like a sharp pain, usually isn't immediate unless it's really hard. The pain happens after the body realizes it was hit there, even a tap you can literally feel a pulsation shoot into your stomach every tap. I can feel the pain crawl from my testicles to my stomach it's strange. Then when it reaches your stomach, depending on how hard you were hit, it just aches like hell, and doesn't go away for awhile. Oh also if this sparks any curiosity if both balls are centralized pain to just your stomach in general, no. The right sends a sharp pain to the right side of your lower stomach and vice versa with the left nut.
I have never been kicked there, I'm actually a pretty likable person, I wouldn't think anyone would kick me there. But I have been accidentally tapped there a little too hard.I've never personally been kicked there, but many women have told me it's "incomparably" worse than a girl being kicked between the legs or hit in the boobs. A really hard kick can hurt a lot more than even natural child birth. Wives have restrained there husbands and abused there nuts until they went into shock and died from the sheer pain. A woman cannot die from the sheer pain of natural child birth because she has a my h higher pain tolerance than a man. If they had they pain tolerance of a man, they wound die from the pain of natural child birth and we would go extinct
Well take a sensitive part of your body, and pinch it as hard as you can. That's what it feels like. They get crushed, and you get light headed. You want to throw up because it makes your stomach drop. You get short of breath, and then sometimes can go into a panic attack if you don't watch it.
There's no denying it, it hurts, but you can fight through the pain, and stand tall, unless they kicked hard enough to actually break the ball, and then you're pretty much f***ed.
Yes I have been hit and kicked in the balls, did it while in martial arts. The person felt really bad, but I got up and kept going.Well I've never been kicked in the balls before (i consider myself lucky), either because i was too charming or too nice to people. But i have accidentally squeezed them before. Now, imagine a hard stomach punch. Now multiply that by ten or 15, and condense that into two one-inch wide spheres below your abdomen. Thats the initial thing. Then the pain radiates awfully long into the abdomen and there's this ringing pain near where the ovaries would be in a female torso, and let it ring in for hours on end. Next, remember how the stomach punch feels? Any light tap to the injured balls feels like that (in more serious cases). But over a few days it gradually winds down until all is well.
I dont remember the last time.
This is different for every person though some are more resitant to pain. If you feel pain easily a kick in the nuts will definitly feel very painfull down there and also turn your stomach causing you to lose appetite.hard to explain the sensation. first the agony of getting kicked where there are billions of sexual nerve endings. then it gets worse and the sickening sensation. If she gets you bad enough, you drop to the ground. hard to breathe. It has happened to me. it was bad.
The initial pain is a stab of agony similar to a dentist drilling into a tooth root without anaesthetic, and this then gradually subsides to become a strong, dull ache, just like a bad toothache but in your sack. Wouldn't recommend unless you're really pissed at someone.
I've been sacked a couple of times. Basically a spasm of pain goes through your whole body because of how many nerve endings there are down there. It never made me want to vomit but I could see you that might happen. After that it is basically like bruising any other part of your body except a little more tender and sensitive. Ice helps a lot.
it just hurts. kicked- no. but lots of accidents in gym, even while cycling, hitting a bump too hard without shocks HURTS! yeah. I think it varies- but its this sinking feeling, sometimes you want to throw up, others you just want to run around screaming, at least that's how it is for me.
I imagine it feels similar to what it's like to get kicked in the c*nt. Other than that, I don't have anything to compare it to that you might understand.
However, it's not as bad as a bunch of whiny bitches make it out to be. It doesn't make it feel like your balls are floating in your stomach, or like you're going to vomit, it just hurts. You can understand hurt, right? Like if someone kicked you in the face? It's kind of like that, just between your legs.a guy done that to me when l was 14 and waiting for a bus to go back home in 1974 from a night out with my friends at the fairground l had a nice night until he kicked me right in the balls with no warning but this ruined it for me l was in total shock he was a coward he then ran away he come from no where it happand at about 9.30 pm its stuck in my brain ever since l have had to have an operation on my right testicle and the pain is so bad l could not go to school for a week l was so sick
I have been kicked by my younger sister's friend and it was a sharp, throbbing pain in my balls and It was hurting. But I've been kneed by a girl who I was looking at. It was the worst pain ever experienced. I was on the floor in agony and I thought she had split up my balls. I had pain in my stomach and chest and I had pain in my balls for days after. It hurt to walk.
Depends on how our balls Re fit. In my instance plsying mixed football woman slipped trying to tag me ended up tackling me and accidentally grabbed me. Going down she has inadvertently squeezed my boys and I literally dropped after making a rather huge scene.
To me, it does not hurt me. I often get ridiculed because it does not hurt me. In fact, most people don't want me to go into their gym (martial arts) because I refuse to wear a cup. I think women should be aware that it does not hurt every man. Also, I believe that a woman should be faced with this type of situation in order not to be so frustrated when they see it would not hurt a guy.
Like most guys, I been hit in the balls before -- it's agonizing. The comparison to the eye balls is pretty spot on. Imagine your eye balls were hanging in a sack between your legs and someone kicked you in the crotch To make things worse, the pain travels up into your stomach. If you get hit hard enough, you might feel nauseous
Yes I was doing it witha girl I really liked thought I was getting somewhere then bam right in the balls she said nothing personal but I'm dating I was in so much pain but she was cheating on her friend then need me in the balls wtf
Kicked in the balls is like when I fell down the hospital (I was on my way to the dentist) steps from the top floor and it was like a building from New York it was so tall combine that with being bit by my German Shepard and Burmese mountain dog. I didn't need to go to the dentist after that
I grew up with three older sisters and I’m surprised I still have both balls!
When I was a kid my friend kicked me in the balls. So hurt, the balls itselves and everything up into my stomach. And it made my breath heavier too wow what a pain
