Now I cook for myself most of the time... When I ate meat it was a mix between me and my mom. I cook vegetarian spaghetti (Zucchini, squash, onions, garlic etc...), vegetable stir fry, pot pies, egg rolls, pizza, macaroni and cheese, dumplings, hummus and so on. Some one mentioned lentil soup... I hate it :P My mom actually made the same thing a while ago my sister acted like it was the best thing she ever ate. I threw like a whole pound of cheese in a bowl and ladled some soup on top... Guilty, so unhealthy but that was the only way I could eat it and who doesn't like cheese. Don't forget the deserts I bake vanilla cupcakes, chocolate cake, pumpkin bread, apple crumble, peach cobbler, cheese cake, and so on! I love to cook I was thinking about taking it up as a career but I changed my mind.
When I did eat meat I did casseroles, cordon bleu, chicken pot pie, shrimp scampi, potato, chicken, sausage bake ( it's delicious),
I love pesto and tomato on pizza! It is so good you throw it on and bake it :O so delicious. < my favorite
I should start calling myself an accomplished chef :)

My mom and I are the cooks in my family. My dad refuses to even feed himself, which really pisses me off.
Because of that, I've gotten kind of tired of cooking.
That being said, my specialties are chile and rice, or this insanely delicious pasta dish with a sauce made of garlic, onions, olive oil, chopped tomatoes, lemon juice, parsley, and chile flakes. Sometimes I'll throw some shrimp in there as well, if we have some kickin' around. Tossed with some angel hair pasta, and you're set!
I have also made some really good salads before...
I like experimenting and playing around with different things.
My mama is an amazing cook as well, but like me, she's getting tired of having to do it all the time, haha
That's one thing I know for sure. All a guy has to do is cook me dinner, and I'll be sold! :-p
I cook for myself sometimes, my girlfriend works at night so it just me here 4 nights a week. My favorite meal to cook for myself is baked lemon chicken, rice, tomatoes, with french green beans(boring I know). The only other meals I can make is baked fish, grilled ham & cheese sandwich, and breakfast dishes.
I sure do, and to be honest I miss my mum's cooking...
Well I usually cook pasta, pizza, noodles, lasagna, omelette, so yeah, they'd all equally be my favorites to cook.

I'm trying to be more healthy so I realize that cooking really helps. I know know a million ways to makes chicken with seasonings and I even created some fun and tasty brown rice recipes. My favorite it mixing brown rice with mixed vegetables (broccoli, sweet peas, corn, carrots), seasoned chicken and mixing them together. Then I put them in an oven pan and top it with low fat cheddar and swiss cheese with bread crumbs and bake if for 30 minutes. It tastes like yummy casserole and it's low fat :)
I reheat whatever it is my mom makes me lol
Today, it was a bowl of Lentil stew :P
It was the only thing I ate today cause I came home straight from school and fell asleep and woke up, wasn't hungry(felt all bloated and nasty) and I planned on eating my Lentil stew while switching back from the Spurs-OKC game and Girlfriends, but this f***ing at&t service. THEN, I tried searching online for an at&t feedback thing, cause boy do I have a lot to f***ing say to them and what to you know, they don't have one. F***you at&t!
Buttt, I know how to make some things like boiled eggs, spaghetti, ramen, lasagna, quesadillas, sandwiches, shrimp scampi, pancakes...cheesy biscuits, pita pizza
Currently, I'm trying to perfect the art of hummusI usually make my own meals. I like making salads the most because they can be really colorful and pretty. I can make a variety of foods, but nothing too fancy. Just different pastas, rice, some soups, stir fries, lasagna, lots of cooked vegetables.
Since it's just me, I rarely cook. I have often thought I should change that but despite attempts to do differently it doesn't stick. I think my most frequently cooked meal for myself... BLTs or Hamburger Helper. Pretty lame, I know. I think I simply don't enjoy cooking and see it as more of a chore since there's always a resulting mess of some sort to clean up.
I can't cook, I've tried a couple of times but it's normally a disaster! I once both drowned and burned a sachet of 'just add water & heat' cous-cous.
