I for one am kinda embarrassed when I go to the gym. I feel awkward there, especially when I'm taking a break or trying to figure out what to do next. I'm not in bad shape or anything. But I don't have much muscle at all, and that also makes me feel self-conscious. And plus, most of the time when I go to the gym solely to work out, it's with my dad cause that's the only way I can go (and plus I think it makes him happy to spend some father-son time with me), and for some reason that also makes me feel embarrassed. (He's in his mid-50s if that provides any context haha.)
