How to get rid of pimples fast

PROM is on Friday and I just got 2 pimples on my chin!

what do I do?

i don't usually get acne, I already washed my face moistureized and put neutrogena acne creme on it and they won't fo away, I also put on toothpaste for about 2 hours, what are some other hints to get rid of them by Friday!

Put 3 teaspoons of sea salt in a cup or small bowl.

Add 1/2 cup of hot--not warm--water.

Mix the salt and water together with a Q-Tip

Apply the side of the cotton swab you used to mix the salt water directly onto the zits or pimples.

Hold the cotton swab to the zit/pimple for 10-20 minutes.

Repeat once a day every day until the acnes is dried up and has vanished.

Sea salt works best because it has more natural de-toxifying qualities.

Try using a mixture of baking soda and water or toothpaste instead, following all the above steps.

If you have sensitive skin your skin may get irritated if you repeat doing this every day, instead repeat the process every other day.

Argh, don't bother with toothpaste. The neutrogena is your best bet. Don't pick at it, irritating it will cause it to come up again. Dry it out without over drying your skin. If that creme has 2% salicylic acid it will help to fade the mark faster than one without. You have to let it take it's course. Dry it when you can, other than that keep it from irritation! Drink water to keep your skin hydrated. Maybe use a bit of concealer on the day.
