A couple of things. First you have to make sure that you stretch the proper amount before you work out next time. So today stretch before you go. Even if they have a few stretching warm ups there, stretch at home in areas where you're sore today.
And I think the best thing to actually get rid of sore muscles is to shower. The warm water actually loosens you up and flushes out lactic acid. Lactic acid building up is what causes muscle soreness. So try to take a little longer shower before you go.

You can do some stretches on the affected muscle. I heard that there are some lotion that helps reduce muscle sore but I haven't try them before.
do a some short stretches and afterward do a long session of stretches. it helped me when I was doing cheer-leading.
