DDR is good at increasing or maintaining your stamina. I'd gotten really lazy for almost a year and out of shape. I picked up DDR again and it didn't take long for me to regain my old endurance. It's not a cure-all though. Eating healthy is key too. A lot of people I know have gotten in shape by just going for a run everyday or every other day.

DDR for me was just a cardio workout. Sure my legs got leaner and my stomach hurt from soreness at times but the best way to get all the things you want is to go to the local recreation center or gym and work out there and obviously eat healthier. DDR can help along the way as well
it'll work for a while but the body naturally gets used to a constant workout regimen so you should mix it up.
maybe go running instead of DDR or doing push ups instead of sit ups.

That's alright but running is better IMO.
And how many is "some"? I'm moderate on my crunches and I usually do 8 min abs twice.
