I want second thoughts on it.

And how long do you think itll take for me to gain noticeable size? Like to the point where people notice that I lift?
Early on focus on more compound, bodyweight movements. Pushups, dips, pullups, chinups, squats. I honestly don't believe there's a point to benching if you can't even dip, nor is there a point to rowing if you can't do a set of pullups.
As for the nutrition, figure out the bodyweight you want to be, multiply by 14 and eat that much in calories (e.g. You want to be 175lbs, times that by 14 and you get 2450. Obviously eat clean, and try to get around .8 grams of protein per pound you currently are. Anymore and it'll just get converted to fat or burnt for energy)
If you want to bulk up, avoid intense cardio. If you want to do cardio to warm up, do 15 burpees instead. Good luck dude.
Well only note I would say is after the 90 days or probably even before you have to cut back on the calories because you're going to gain fat. It's important to find good balance so that your muscles grow but you don't gain extra fat. Otherwise it's a pretty solid plan. I would recommend it.
One thing you need know. You are not going to gain muscle super fast because that's impossible. If you work really hard it's possible to gain a maximum amount of 10lbs of muscle in a year, no more unless you're a teenager. Although your muscles are going to look a bit bigger after you've worked out a while because there is more water in them.
Well I'm 19. So I'm shooting for 4 to 5 pounds a month. And maybe gain a little extra fat just to get the size. And after start cutting down.
Like I said, it's impossible to gain 4-5 pounds of muscle in a month. If you really get that kind of weight gain, most of it is going to be fat and water unless you're using steroids.

This workout is terrible. it focuses too much on reps and isolated exercises.
The best workout for a noob is the Stronglifts 5 x 5 workout, it actually does work and will make you strong without the bullsh*t.
And it will ALWAYS take you 6-8 weeks to start gaining "size", simply because that's how muscles work. But your goal shouldn't be to "look" big, it should be to get strong.
Becuase if you work on getting stronger which you need to lift HEAVIER weights with FEWER reps for, the mass will follow. And if you really want to get muscle size you have to eat a lot.
Sources- me, expirence.
ive done the 5X5. I admit I saw gains in STRENGTH but not in size. 5x5 is basically a strength workout not for size.
Gaining in size is stupid. Size is unimportant. When I play football, I look like a tiny D-End on the field, but my strength is enough to move the guy I want. If you want to gain mass just because you want to look good, then Eat a lot of calories from meats and drink your protein. but size isn't that important
but I didn't ask what's important and what's not. I was on that plan and gained lots of strength. I bench 235, squat 225, row, 160 and over head press 150.
My only thing is I want to get bigger. Becuase it looks good to me.
okay, in that case its cool then. but I don't like peopl who bench 135 lbs and then just try to get bigger muscles. again, just drink ya protein
oh I kow that pisses me off at the gym all the time. But those are the people who end up big for nothing.
Sounds pretty damn good.
how long till I see noticeable results you think?
Thanks bro
