How do YOU define "eating healthy"?

You hear "eating healthy" thrown around ALOT, but frankly I believe the average person who asks 10 people would get 10 different answers on how to define "healthy eating"

In short, in YOUR terms:

What nutrients, foods and beverages do you eat regularly?

What nutrients, foods and beverages do you eat occasionally?

What nutrients, foods and beverages do you eat sparingly?

What foods and beverages do you consider completely "off limits"?

How much water should be consumed?

What vitamins and supplements do you think are really useful or essential?

What vitamins and supplements do you think are not useful or even harmful to take?
