Alright guys, my deal is in my country it's a bit expensive to have a personal trainer. So f anyone has any input on how make a proper route for myself, please share your knowledge :)
it dsnt help to have a routine if your technique is wronf. I suggest getting the book called the workout written by gunnar peterson. He's a big hollywood trainer and it goes through all the basics. How to lift, when to lift, cardio, nutrition, rest and recovery, he takes care of it all.
