How to make your own workout at the gym? Suggestions and advice.

Alright guys, my deal is in my country it's a bit expensive to have a personal trainer. So f anyone has any input on how make a proper route for myself, please share your knowledge :)

it dsnt help to have a routine if your technique is wronf. I suggest getting the book called the workout written by gunnar peterson. He's a big hollywood trainer and it goes through all the basics. How to lift, when to lift, cardio, nutrition, rest and recovery, he takes care of it all.

You guys have woman's health though. They have a book too called the big book of exercise. The main thing is learn the fundamentals and you can come up with the routines yourself.
