Help !! my hair is thinning like crazy.

every time I brush my hair with my hands 6 to 7 hair strings fall out when I wash my hair bunches of hair fall out .i used to have super thick hair, now my hair is thin .what do I do to get my hair from falling out and to start growing again? hair history...dyed hair platinum blond two year ago but stop dying it after a year .i had a super strict diet for about two years became super skinny .became a vegetarian for a year but stop after noticing extreme hair fall out .

You lack some vitamins like vitamin E which exists in soy oils, peanuts, wheat, rice, olive, corn, green leafy vegetables and liver. Make sure to eat this kind of food and take vitamin E or some multi-vitamins.

And before washing your hair put some olive oil on your hair for about an hour and a half before you wash it at least 2 times per week.

a thumb rule is to never brush or comb your hair while it wet, cause the hair is really weak while wet so it will snap off. I think you lack a lot of the vitamins that you get from meat. like iron and vitamin D, you need to find other sources for these vitamins

Maybe you don't have enough iron. Your doc should check it out.
