Mine either dude. If you want to have visible muscle definition you need muscle mass and a low body fat percentage. But if you think you need to look toned or buffed to be dateable I'm going to stop you right there. Only shallow girls would think that way, and I'd be disappointed to hear you would want a girlfriend like that :P
