please ignore my ugly a$$ swimsuit, I promise I don't wear that out in public. haha
I think you need to worry less about a specific weight and put some muscle on that frame of yours. I'm not talking about anything drastic but that's how I'd try to improve if I were you. 5'8 125lbs is a good weight. If you started to put a little bit of muscle on you would stay around the same weight but still tighten your body up and look not only slimmer but also healthier. You could look a healthy 115 but in reality be 125.
Anorexic is out. Healthy is the new "it".
yeah but being anorexic seems easier. in fact working out is the worst ok! I mean I know jogging is good for you but at what cost! *sigh* I am never gonna be happy with myself.
115 is a bit low for 5'8"... youve got nothing to worry about. Just stay healthy. And look around, MOST people are way fatter than you... you're in a pretty high percentile just by judging your appearance.
im 5' 4 and 115 pounds is my goal weight, I'm 125 now and never have had comments of needing to loose, maybe be less hard on yourself.
yeah I mean maybe I am putting the pressure on a little more then necessary but I just can't help myself. I see those model skinny girls, you know the ones with absolutely perfect bodies and I just wanna look like them so bad.
just realize its all airbrushed those models on TV and in magazines aren't even real when the air brushing is done with them. Just be the best you can be and feel good about that. Exercise and eat healthy and just love what it does for you naturally. that's a realistic goal.
You need to tone up, not lose weight
Lift weight, do some squats and lunges
Can't tell if serious or just fishing for compliments
i'm incredibly serious! I think these kinda stuff. I wanna be as skinny like actually model skinny. everyday I wake up depressed about it.
Well either way if you insist on losing weight I do not recommend going lower than 115. You look perfect already, seriously. There is such a thing as being underweight and that can be just as unhealthy as being overweight. Don't do anything to harm yourself. Stay active, drink lots of water. Eat foods with little sodium or calories. And eating veggies can make you feel fuller so you don't eat as often. Cut out snacks, especially late at night... ALWAYS eat a bit of breakfast.
thank you! I hadn't thought of going low sodium but I will now! and god my life would be so much easier if I craved veggies. instead I crave things like cheese fries. but whatever I shall make an attempt!
Yeah lots of sodium is pretty bad for you and really makes you retain water. Toss out those ramen noodles in a cup!
You can go for fruit too, if you're not so into veggies. With things like strawberries and raspberries, the deeper red they are, the more nutrition you'll get from them. Not much to fruit but nutrients and water.

ur trippin, your fine the way you are. like inquisitive male said, don't worry about losing weight, just try to put on some muscle. that will eat up fat and make you look toned as opposed to crack head skinny. eat healthy, don't drink alcohol, drink lots of water everyday and exercise 4-6 days a week. that should get you looking the way you wanna look. oh yeah and don't eat any junk food and make sure any bread/rice/pasta you eat is brown and not white.
I would say weight loss is not your problem. Probably you can work on firming, toning and building muscle. You will be very happy with your body when you do.
WTF...stop putting yourself down. If you think you need to lose weight maybe go to a shrink instead and work through your self esteem issues.
Tone up the muscles. You're weight is fine (as a cautionary note, muscle weights more than fat).
U honestly don't need to lose weight
