I've been on a diet & my hair is falling out more than usual?

Soooo, for the past 4 months or so I've been on a calorie restricted diet, but within the last 2 months it's become more restricted. I've gone through periods like this before, and only once did I experience "bad" hair loss, and that was when I was about 9 & whatever, it was a hard time emotionally and I had at that time already started my period.

Anyhoo, I'm not balding, but in the past week or so, my hair has been falling out more and more.

What low calorie foods can you recommend I eat to sort of get healthier?

I take a multivitamin, biotin supplement(1-3x a day) and fish oil pills. I eat once or maybe twice a day, low calorie. Typically cereal or oatmeal in the morning with a little fruit and maybe something small for what would be dinner.

Advice?

Again, it's not balding! But I'm shedding more than usual and it's not near my period, so I believe it has something to do with my diet
