Redness pimple, how to get rid fast?

i had a couple of blackheads as the surface picked them (I KNOW don't do it too late) the next day they came up red and a little scabby I picked the scab off later that night because it was all flaky and I couldn't put concealer on it. now the surface has no scab but it is bright red ( doesn't help my face is extremely pale either). How long does it take for redness to disappear naturally. How can I speed up the healing process.

If this is a recurring thing for you and especially since your skintone is extremely pale I suggest you invest in something like Mario Badescu's Anti-Redness Kit. It is a bit pricey but well worth it!

Meanwhile, to get rid of the redness, try applying Visine for red eyes with a q tip right on the red spot. The redness should go down significantly in a few minutes. Aloe Vera would also help but that is for a larger area, just something to keep in mind if you can't find the eye drops. Whether those work or not, you should definitely get a green corrector (the Maybelline stick concealer is a great, affordable option). Green counteracts red so you just apply that on the red spot, blend it well and cover it with your skin toned concealer.

Are you familiar with Zeno Zit Zapper or Zeno Hot Spot? It kills the bacteria with heat treatment and speeds up the healing process. You can google it or look it up on YouTube.

Don't know if there's much you can really do to speed it up enough to really matter. I doubt it's that big of a deal but shouldn't last too many days.

Try washing your face, but don't rub your face too hard or else it will irritate the skin even more.
