That's unrealistic. It's not about losing weight, it's about losing fat. If you lose calorie burning cells - muscle - then you'll have a much harder time burning calories, hence losing fat. You can also lose water weight, but excessive water loss will put stress on your kidneys, and give the signal to your body to retain water. If you want a healthy water weight, avoid sodium, eat rich potassium, calcium, and magnesium foods, and drink a lot of water.
One pound of fat is 3,500 calories. Losing fat happens when the calories eaten are less than the calories burned. Your body has to tap into its savings. The tricky part is, your body also needs protein for natural bodily functions. If you don't eat at last 0.7 grams of protein for every pound you weigh, you'll be losing muscle to make up for the protein deficits. Plus, you need nutrients and fiber to help get the fat out.
When you cut carbs and increase the water you're taking in, your going to expell water weight like crazy, so that's why dieters see a quick and rewarding initial weight loss. Yet the goal is always fat loss. Losing far is a long process. A healthy upper range for fat loss - for a 220lbs man, is 0.33 lbs per day, or 1,180 calorie deficit per day. For a woman, it's less. You want to give your system and your skin enough time to adjust.
Rather than starving yourself, the best way to expend calories is by working out. Rowing or a rowing maching burns up to 800 calories per hour, and is low impact on joints. Rock climbing put slightly more stress on joints, but burns slightly over 1,000 calories per hour.

HIIT-workouts! 3-4 times a week!
No sweets. AT ALL. Unless you know what they contain and when during the day to have them.
Just google HIIT I think it could help you some :-) It's basically High Intensity Interval Training. Its great because the amount of time you have to put in doesn't eat up half a day (being tired and all) and its stuff you could pull off in your backyard.
Check out Bodybuilding.com in the future. I know it seems cheeky or corny at first but the free programs they offer are something to follow and to make sure you keep up with your training.
Really best of luck! Trying to shed some body-fat myself :-)
Well if you want to lose weight that quickly and have the funds for it, I'd say give Herbalife a try. It's a meal replacement shake. You replace two meals a day and have one well balanced meal. I don't sell it but I've seen it in action. It works that's for sure. You do have to excercise as well. You don't want to end up with a thin, flabby body. Strength training 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes will work wonders on your body.
Of course there are healthier ways of losing and maintaining your weight, but since you want to lose it in next to no time...
drink 8 glasses of water daily ! (it also helps your skin if you have any acne) and try not to eat a lot at night . no sweets , no soda , no coffe .eat healthy (:

Diet and exercise plans can only work if you are able to do them in the long-term. A diet where you eat maybe 4 times a day where the meals are balanced and fairly low-carb will help you to stay on track, along with light cardio workouts.
Doing the cabbage soup diet (or something else ridiculous) will stop you from eating and make you feel weak for about a week, then you will just feel your body screaming "feed me!" and put back whatever you lose.
I have been on the same diet for most of my life, don't exercise all that much, and manage to keep off the weight - it's because it's a routine I can handle without craving and crashing then running to the fridge.Increase the intensity and times you do the workouts.
