I have been going to the gym since June 19. I started at 177 and was 18.5 percent body fat. July 19 I was 185 and 17.1 body fat. This month I am 186-188. This morning I woke up and was 188. Yesterday morning I was 185. After eating breakfast and lunch at the scale at work I am 200 lbs wearing full uniform etc.
Is it possible to have gained 15 or so lbs in water? I weighed myself right after eating homemade chicken soup on whole wheat noodles. I had raisin bran cereal in the morning.
I used the omron body fat machine and I'm still around 17.1-17.4
Is it possible for me to have put on 5-10lbs in muscle since I joined the gym (I do it 5x a week and 30minutes cardio on those days)
