Has anyone else experienced this sick feeling?

Sometimes if I come across something that reminds me of my ex I get sick to my stomach. It's been several months since we split and I still get that feeling. Is it normal to feel that way? Does anyone else experience this feeling?

It"s a feeling of deep loss. That hollow sinking feeling. It's caused from a bunch of memories all crammed into a one second time frame with no where to go but your gut. Like a whack of positive & negative thoughts & emotions circling that one thought, exploding like a bomb that instant you are reminded of them giving you that sick feeling

I hate thinking of one ex in particular. Sometimes when her name comes up, It feels like my esophagus is wriggling

I get that all the time, even though its only been 2 weeks since my ex and I split I feel that feeling constantly and can't escape it
