Nice cup of earl gray tea with milk and some sugar.

Buns - mostly savory ... Sometimes sweet.
Weekends - eggs, bacon, tomatoe or asparagus ...some kinda of veg.
Sometimes dim sum, soy milk with dumplings. Lots of options in NYC.
Ideally when at home during summer holiday,
I would cook more:
M - Irish steal cut oatmeal (30 mint. cook time) with fruit, juice , ham
T- Crepes with bacons, green veg. Cilantro
W- eggs , ham, veg toast
Th. - French toast, sausage,
Fri. - cereal or pastry - lazy day
Alway w. fruits and or veg..
My ideal week.
I have to eat three full meals daily otherwise I get cranky.
I have good appitie and motabalism. :-)

Either scrambled eggs with various meats and veggies mixed in, or an Atkins meal bar if I'm in a hurry.
Cereal and skim milk usually. To anyone who thinks it's effeminate to drink skim milk, it's not, it's looking for your health. Also, no sugary kiddy cereals either.

I had 3 blueberry pizzas and white grape juice this morning.
Some days, I'll have rice and fish for breakfast.Most of them ill eat Caesar salad or cinnamon toast crunch cereal :) with a nutrition bar.
Peanut butter sandwich, cereal, french toast, or oatmeal.
Anything that's available. Usually my mom cooks something good. Cereal is like a last resort.
