I realize this may a silly question, but it's kind of bugging me.
What's more accurate: a picture or mirror in terms of body weight?

all mirrors are different. I am used to my own mirror. but my friends say I have a fat mirror in my house. I do notice I look different sizes in different mirrors.
overall pictures are def more accurate but it is about getting the right angle because a bad angled photo will definitely makeyou look fatter than you are.
both cameras and mirrors can be altered and moved and tilted and all to make you look fatter or skinnier...
Go with the mirror, it reflexes how you see yourself and if you like it, then it shouldn’t bother you, Photos just capture bad posture when you least expect it. Throw away all the bad pictures and keep up with your confidence, don’t get frustrated…it’s not good for yourself esteem. Be happy with who you are. :)
Take your measurements.
Most mirros aren't perfectly flat, they are a little curvedand this distorts the image just a little. Usually this makes you look slimmer.
A camera gives a better and more accurate image, assuming there isn't a pose or a tricky angle involved.
A plane mirror is more accurate (no concave, convex, spherical, or parabolic mirrors). A camera angle can misrepresent the actual proportions, so a photo may not be as accurate.

A mirror is more accurate, it's more like real life thank a picture.
I mirror can't lie, a picture can
A scale
A scale doesn't take into account muscle mass, body shape, height, etc. It just gives you a number. And 130 lbs on a girl who is 5'0 and another girl who is 5'8 look completely different. So a scale doesn't really help.
Yeah but mirrors and pictures can be decieving cause you look at them and you're like daaaang ima zexy bitch... But then you hop on the scale and it says error and you're like shieet... What's the number for Gold's again?
