Should I be concerned with my weight?

Anonymous
Before you all start on me, NO I do not think I am fat. I have a very healthy view of my body.

However, for a class in school, we had to make an account on this weight loss website (we're doing a segment on the health and fitness of the student) and so I made mine and we had to track what we ate and how much we exercised for five days.

I didn't change my diet or the amount I exercised because of this site.

I kept track of how much I exercised and how much I ate. It's been seven days now. I kind of enjoy this site. I find it interesting for some reason.

The problem is: I am 5'4 and am 19 years old. I am also 113 lbs. I'll spare you the details, but I have lost 3 pounds in the past week, so when I started, I was 116. Should I be concerned at the rate I'm losing? Please note, I'm not even trying to diet or anything.

Last I checked, my BMI was 17. And that was in 10th grade. I'm a freshman in college now.

Should I be concerned?
