Parachuting.
If it doesn't open in time for whatever reason you turn into a ketchup.
Hang Gliding COULD also have similar potential but there it isn't in very vertical motion - in the worst case the wind could blow you in the mountains or trees or something but that isn't certain fatality.
..in fact - climbing is almost equally dangerous as parachuting, if you slip and fall - game over! But there it's more in your control what happens, then you can't be a victim of a faulty parachute made in China!
Racing isn't that bad, cars today got airbags and whatnot but if it becomes consumed by flames then you're f***ed.. but still unlike in other two cases there actually are some chances to survive and get away more or less easily.
Surfing is the least dangerous - if you can swim and stay on the water you're fine.. choking with water and getting cramps are the main risks, but if you don't keep your mouth wide open when you fall and don't go surfing when (or where) the water is cold you should be fine... although if there are sharks, then you also are f***ed.. then you could only pray that some dolphins or a whale could scare them away or/and take you to the surface.
A human in water among a shark is the same as a fly into a spider's web.

Ironically, I'm willing to bet Racing is.

I wanna try Hang Gliding.
Racing because of how severe and deadly sometimes car crashes can be.
Not just that, its enough you have to worry about your car but you have to worry about the other cars on the road. So that's are always a hazard and a tragedy waiting to happen in some cases.
Rugby
