The calorie cycling is the easy version for intermittent fasting. Its for people who don't have the will power to suppress their hunger.
For my clients, I give them 12 hour window split (2 meals a day), a 600 calorie meal for breakfast (6am) and another 600 calorie meal for dinner (6pm).
For me, its a 16-24 hour fast. one big meal for breakfast and that's it.
My results? It shredded my abs and it made them more prominent.

You'll lose weight faster if you're on a constant caloric deficit.
Calorie cycling isn't a 'diet', it's just not applying a deficit all the time.
You'll get better results of you're always on a deficit!
