you could cut back on the exercise you are doing, if any, to just some stretching or yoga stuff. that kind of stuff does burn some calories, but isn't hard core kind of stuff. you could also allow yourself to have that chocolately snack every once in awhile or if you are restricting your diet, you could up your calorie intake again.
for me, when I lost about 10 pounds during the summer, I stopped exercising completely when school started again and I've eaten what I've wanted to and I've hovered around the same mark since then. I guess my body just knows what to do now.

Increase your calorie intake, and exercise a little less or do less intense exercising.
There are so many websites out there that give information on calorie intake for maintenance rather than loss. Same with exercising and burning calories.

The key, of course, is to not burn more than you eat. Knowing what your exercises burn is always helpful.
Carefully and slowly increase your dietary intake of whole grain cereals. Rice is convenient, easy to measure and can be eaten fat free.
Take some extra days off, eat more servings, everything to keep the balance.

it's hard because staying on your diet might make you lose more than you want but going off it will make you gain. you can't really go off your diet what you do is just be a little less strict sometimes but basically stick to your diet. maybe have a cheat day here or there but stick to the basic guidelines.
recalculate your calorie goals and aim to eat at maintenance. add in more healthy fat and calorie dense foods.
Try not to expend more energy then you take in. If you're consuming as much as you burn, then your weight should stay about the same.
yikes been there(and wish I still had this problem but not really...) give yourself cheat days and don't be too strict about it.
