1 inch on my chest
1 inch on my waist
1 inch on my hips
1 inch around my navel
1 inch underneath my boobs
1.5 inch on my arms
1.5 inch around my bum
0.5 inch around my legs
So a total of 8,5 inch. Yet I gained 3 lbs. I know the obvious answer would be I gained muscle mass but I didn't do any weight lifting. I mostly did Interval cardio, took yoga, pilates, swiss ball and kettlebell classes
