I get bored doing the same thing for ages (only swimming is fun for me). I bought some thing called Slimsticks from Boots, but if you're outside of UK, I'm not sure if/where you can buy it.
It's supposed to make you stay full for hours. I'm not sure how it works, but it works for me.
Do push ups against the wall, rapid sit ups, and sprints.
More lean meat, eggs and fibrous vegetables.
Less carbs and moderate to low fat.
Almost no sugar.

Swimming! It will help with your thighs since you are concerned with that and between every lap or two do about 10 sit ups.
walk walk walk or jog jog jog best thing and do things that move your legs about maybe go gym and use the bikes.
try a juice fast and just eat raw foods..
