Alex Smith was doing his best, I know that. But Colin can do better. Without him I honestly don't think we could have made it to the Super Bowl. Alex was a mediocre QB and another team will take him but Colin is young and I can tell he's going to make history. I mean look at him now and it's only his first year.

half a year, alex was winning games unitl he got hurt in week 10. honestly colin will be a great QB, however alex will be a great one as well and I have a feeling that one day he's team and the 49er's are going ot meet in the playoffs and "HE" is going to beat you guys.

We were in the playoffs last year lol, we were in the NFC championships and the NY giants beat us and that's why we didn't make it to the Super Bowl last year. Anyway, Alex Smith I am afraid will not be referred to as a "great" QB ever.
