How to burn fat in midsection?

Ok so I'm a pretty short girl. 5 feet tall and just 102 pounds. I'm considered skinny- average BUT I have a little fat on my midsection (belly) which I haven't been able to get rid of ever since I gained 10 pounds (before I was way too skinny at 92). I do cardio almost every day and have done some Zumba but haven't seen much results. I don't really want to lose a lot of weight and go back to being really skinny I just want to have a really flat belly and stay around the weight I'm in now. Any workout techniques? diets?
